Actually what prob happened in your case was someone who was supposed to go on Aug 21 rescheduled theirs so they had a sudden opening and they take the next one in line and give it to them - so you got a lucky break else you would also have been waiting a few months in the back of the line

Islamabad doesn't give interviews in order? My case complete was on Aug 9 and they gave me a interview date on Aug 21 Alhamdulilah

Awesome news - congrats :) - I am sure the new cut off dates will be later 2012 like Oct or Nov 2012 so you should be fine - just prepare well as you know how Islamabad is reknown for the AP :(

My case was supposed to be completed by now but they gave me a stupid AOS checklist :'( - oh well beggers can't be choosers! I guess the going time frame for the interview is 3 months after your Case is completed.

Did you guys send Police Report to NVC with your IV package? I am getting mixed response to it. Several people told me it's not needed for Pakistan and I called NVC and they told me that it's not needed. I also checked State website and it's says Not Available for Police Certificate under Pakistan, but one of the guys told me that NVC not only asked him for Police Certificate, but also required him to send him again once it expired after 6 months. Did anyone here not send it and still got case completed?
