Pardon me if this has been answered a million times. I have a disability which makes it hard to use and sort through a search.

I am curious how long the wait is after the marriage and before the immigrant spouse is allowed to work.

We will be doing the paperwork in Phoenix.

The AOS paperwork will be sent to the Chicago Lockbox and forwarded to the NBC. When you file, you will also file for the EAD(work) and AP(travel). It takes about 3 months after filing to receive the EAD/AP.
