On July 16^th further evidence was released to the public that implicates the parents involvement in the child’s death. Police tests immediately following the shooting revealed gun powder on the hands of both Sherry West and the baby’s father, Louis Santiago. Santiago claimed that he was nowhere near the scene of the shooting. This evidence too, was withheld for months, until the defense attorney in the case demanded that it be released in mid July.

Remember when they posted pics of the teeagers? They had a field day. Sad thing is, if it comes to light that this lady set this up or even worse, her and the hubby killed this kid, there won't be a single apology.

i wouldn't be surprised if we hear a response along the lines of, "well - those kids were going to do something wrong eventually. probably saved a couple lives by putting them in jail early"

Sounds hispanic, but I'm not sure. Folks talk about black on black crime all the time, but this won't raise a single eyebrow. Because if you blame a black person, 9 out of 10 chance you won't have any issues.
