Hi there. My fiancee has 2 children from previous marriage, (plsu my baby who is naturalized us citizen) total of 3 children.

I would like to know if we need a parent consent from fiancee's ex? TIA.

Either notarized consent for them to move or she needs sole custody.

NO! The mother has sole custody of the children in the Philippines, unless its is specifically stated otherwise in a court document.

You need to pop down to the Philippine forum, lots of mothers bringing their children to the USA.
