sheduling interview appointment. need help pls!

i just want to know if i shedule my appointment interview who will going to choose for the date is it me or the embassy? im confused my NOA will expired on August,17. it might take long if they are the one will shedule my interview it might pass the expiration date of my NOA. Im so nervous and dont know what to do. i really need your answers guys. Please help me. thanks

You can choose the date when you schedule, from what is available. And I'd do it immediately, as there may not be any slots available before that date.

As was said you choose the date, once you create your account you will see a calendar of openings, click on one and its yours.

2nd don't worry about the petition expiring, that can be extended up to a year, 4 months at a time, with a phone call to the embassy.
