Hey guys - a couple questions on filling out I-130.

1. For question 11, Names(s) of prior spouse(s), should we put "None" or "N/A"

2. If my wife does not have a SSN or Alien Number, should we put "None" or "N/A"

3. I'm not a USC, but I used to be a permanent resident, should I still put my old Alien number on question 10 of Part B?

4. Question 14 does not apply to me, do I leave question 14b blank?

5. On part C, asking to list name of spouse and all children of your relative, should I put None or N/A?

I guess I'm confused as to when None applies and when N/A applies.

Thanks guys!

1) Put none for the name and n/a for any other questions it asks about previous spouses if you have not had one

2) none (the question is applicable, the answer is she doesn't have one.)

3) ..... see You're not a USC or an LPR? I'm confused, who is petitioning who? Side B is for the petitioner, side C is for the beneficiary.

4) see above.. which side and for whom?

5) for the beneficiary, you put the petitioner's name and husband or wife as applicable, and any children the beneficiary has.

No luck in opening that.

sometimes you need to open them in another type of browser. I find Chrome doesn't like to open the examples anymore.

Sorry, I meant to say I'm now a US citizen. For question 5, I am the petition, so would I list myself as her spouse on Part C question 17? Now I'm confused, Part C is for the beneficiary (my wife), so would all answers here be directed towards? For example, question 19, Your relative's address abroad, would I put my address or her's in Vietnam?

Thanks.

Ozz is right. Any questions dealing with your relative are dealing with your wife. The entire C side is asking about your wife, not about you.

3) Yes if you've had an alien registration number before, you put it down.

4) 14 a is no longer applicable to you. so 14b is blank.

for question #C17 you put down:

your name, husband, dob, country of birth
