My fiance lives in a place where it is hard for them to receive any types of delivery. I understand that the US Embassy uses the 2Go to deliver the visa. I had something shipped to my fiance's house like a month a go from Manila and 2Go was the carrier but since it was out of delivery zone it went through a local LBC location near where he lives. Is it possible to get it picked up at an LBC location? Any advice would really help.

Seriously doubt 2GO would release the visa package to anyone but the authorized recipient, so they will not turn it over to a secondary carrier, they may do that with normal business but the visa deliveries are not normal... and 2GO for sure doesn't want to mess that account up.

Best advice I can think of it contact the embassy and/or 2GO:

2Go customer service hotline (+632) 5287-136 is available Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Embassy (Manila) Phone Number (and email)

local number: 632-301-2000 extension 5184 or 5185 ( 011-632-301-2000 ext 5184 or ext 5185 )

(632) 982-5555 or (632) 902-8930.

** (214) 571-1600 or (646) 254-3546 (these are USA numbers)

Where does your fiance live? My wife lives in Compostela Valley and the closest 2go is a little trip away. They had her come and pick it up at the on site place. So yes she can go pick it up. But usually they will call and see if they want to pick it up or have it delivered. If that person wants it delivered then they give a date about when they will be in that area again. We have had to pick it up with 2GO and documents I shipped through DHL.

My fiance lives in Tanauan, Batangas but he lives like the near the mountains of tagatay. I had something delivered to him like a month go but when I tracked the tracking number of the delivery that 2Go was supposed to deliver it said it was out of delivery zone so I had to call LBC to send it to a near location in Tanauan so he can pick it up.
