  2. Skype log
  3. pictures of our wedding
  4. pics of our honeymoon
  5. pics of visiting our (both side ) relative
  6. my and his income tax papers
  7. his boarding card (like he visit to me twice)
  8. Photocopy of his passport
  9. our wedding certificate
  10. Emails

Best thing to do is keep calling and asking for update on case and also just waiting lil bit more. you gave them everything you could. hopefully you followed all the directions as to how to turn in all the documents they asked for.

What was the reasons for Denial at the Interview?

I was surprise the objection they put on us because they never ask those question to me during interview. The reason was marriage is not bonafide that's it and they also ask us that why we have 12 years of difference, why my husband dont have any kids from his previous marriages, why he marry me 10 months after he divorce his 2nd wife ,what was the reason of his and mine both divorce (twice) and we both dont have any kids from our previous marriages,We answer them in detail through our attorney and keep our fingers cross to know the result.

My husband said that we have to wait patiently as they use to take 4 to 5 months in every of our process so he said that we have to wait.some one told me that i have to wait for another 6 months oh this wait game killing me badly now its more then 2 years and we are still apart. My life here in Pakistan become complicated as people around me keep asking lots and lots of question and some of them even put me in doubts in my mind .i am really frustrated now.Our attorney say that our evidences were strong and may be they will reply in positive.Keep my fingers cross till then.

I had a NOIR and it took them 2 weeks to reaffirm my case I was very blessed to get an answer so fast. The problem is if your case is reaffirmed you still have to deal with the embassy in Pakistan. My husband has been in AP 12 months waiting for another interview.

May God bless you to get an answer quickly.

The NOIR would have contained specific reasons why it was being sent and a rebuttal must address the specific reasons. Unless the items in your list addressed the reasons in the notice, the result may not be favorable. Even if the items in your list addressed the reasons in your list, there is no guarantee of reaffirmation.

This means that USCIS has agreed with you and you have won your appeal. Congratulations!

Your case will be sent to the National Visa Center(NVC) first then sent back to the embassy in Pakistan for another interview. Now you have a second chance to get your visa!

DOS means the embassy. You can keep calling NVC to see if they have your case yet and when they sent it to the embassy. The embassy will contact the beneficiary by phone or email for an interview and what updated paperwork they need plus a new medical.

Once your case is back at the embassy you can check the status on the ceac website.

I have no idea how long it will take for NVC to receive your case. Maybe in a month. Just keep calling NVC.

NVC will not schedule your interview this time. Your interview will be scheduled by the embassy. Just keep waiting and praying it is all you can do right now.
