Finally have my fiancés interview date set for next month! Can't believe this is finally going to happen for us! We started our visa journey last December and I'm still in shock that we are finally at this point. I was very surprised to find out how quick and soon you can make the appointment for the interview in Manila. I thought there would be a longer wait. I could have booked it next week if we had everything ready! So anyone out there getting ready to see the consulate, get your paperwork together because it doesn't take long after you pay the visa app fee.

Thanks to all you VJ members out there. This site sure helps a lot if only for all the support and knowing there are 'many' couples out there in the same shoes as us! I sure look forward to writing a review on the interview/medical/CFO soon!

Good luck everyone!

Genesis 2:22-24
Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man. The man said, "This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called 'woman, ' for she was taken out of man." For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh.
