Finally my fiance got his ticket and he will be flying home to me on Sunday!!!! I have been procrastinating making room for him in my closet and dresser. Now I will actually have to do that tomorrow. He can't be bringing that many clothes, can he? Anyone else care to share their experience with how much their SO's brought with them? He says he's bringing 3 big suitcases.

I didn't know you were in KC?! Or did I?... hmmm... We will be trying to come over there and to Wichita next year. In fact there has even been talk about moving back there. We would just need to find him a job.

I don't know what my husband came here with, but I know if/when we decide to move to Morocco, we will have to either chuck 3/4 of his wardrobe or box and mail everything. He has way too much stuff.

it all depends on the airlines he is flying on, you'd have to check the airline you have booked for him to see if extra luggage is permitted. most airlines allow 2 suitcases plus a carryon and sometimes you can pay for additional bags. when i came back from brazil with nessa, i cheated i took just enough clothes to fit into a gym bag, which on the way back was small enough to be my carryon. nessa filled up the 4 suitcases we were allowed
