I am with you there. >.<

I'm an April filer and I haven't seen my fiance in person since the end of January. I just can't manage to visit more than once a year as a single mom. sad.png

This NOA2 wait is so depressing. It's like serving a jail term and waiting for your parole to come up haha

Have you completed this UK "to do" list so you aren't scrambling when the time comes? http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/350185-london-2012-k1s-from-noa2-to-interview-thread/

Have you studied the London process so you are ready when the time comes? http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/350185-london-2012-k1s-from-noa2-to-interview-thread/?p=5137390

Maybe it will take your mind off waiting.

Yes,I called 3 times already and the same answer "You have to wait".

Last week when I called the lady told me that they're working at the cases dated January 16,2013.Are you kidding me?!How came cases from April and March get approved and not January?ughhh...I already send an e-request and contacted the Ombudsman, nothing yet.I don't know what's going on and plus no RFE...

No,because I never had the time to wait, they put me on hold for almost an hour.I'm planning to call tomorrow again and wait until I talk to a Tier 2 officer.

Btw last Tier 1 told me that everything is fine with my case and I should not get an RFE,this was 10 days ago.She also said that I should get an answer in maximum 10 days but didn't happened:(.We'll see what happens tomorrow when I call again.

Good luck evreryome and keep posting;)

Tier 1 Immigration Officers (the first people you talk to when you call the customer service line) often feed people misinformation.

They don't know anything that you... yourself, cannot find by checking your case status and searching the USCIS website.

If you want REAL information or action on your case you'll need to speak to a Tier 2 immigration officer.

If you have a US number for them to call (such as by using Magic Jack if you're the beneficiary ) you can opt into the call back, they will call you back, you won't lose your place in line, and you can go on with your day.

You can also sign up for an infopass appointment, they may be able to help answer your questions and concerns, if a Tier 2 Officer doesn't help.

Just an FYI on the Tier 2 Officers, I've been told they can be very rude, so please remember to keep a cool head and be polite. They are busy people stretched very thin, and their time is valuable. When I called the man was curt at first but then he was very polite and helpful once he realized I wasn't going to be aggressive.

Good luck!
