what are you trying to get? is it your birth certificate or your fiance? I suggest, go directly to NSO office they might have a quick process for you. My fiancee also needed that birth certificate and he went to NSO Office in San Fernando pampanga and he got it the same day.

She is trying to get the birth certificate and the CRBA for her child when her interview is sooner than the birth certificate is available. However we have informed her on another thread that she has 6 months from the medical date to move to the USA so she should have time to get everything completed. :)
