For beneficiary Fiancee, would NOA2 and I-134 copies work or do I need to send the originals?

Thanks,

I-134 must be original because of the signature. As far as NOA2 I think you would want to ask that in the country specific forum.

Thanks,

Original of the I-134, like said a signature is required.

NOA2... never read anywhere that the embassy asks for that, after all they have your ORIGINAL file from USCIS.

What does your embassy instructions letter state for required documents and forms? That is what you follow, to the "letter".

NOA2 copy OK

134 has to have original signatures.

Thanks for this information. I am gathering the information on NOA2 from some of the members who are from AU. Thanks.

Thanks Hank_. I was just curious if they would ask for NOA2 original at the interview. You are right, they should have the original from the USCIS, didn't think about that.

We do not have anything from Embassy yet, still waiting for our case to be received by NVC. Just want to get ahead and be prepared for the stuff that we can complete so the process is not delayed any longer.

NOA2 copy OK

134 has to have original signatures.

Thank you !!
