Problem Rescheduling Visa

Hi i was going to rescheduale my appointment today on this site here https://usvisa-info.com/en-CA/selfservice/p

however when I got to the point scheduling the new date instead of confirming the new date for me It redirected me to this page. https://usvisa-info.com/en-CA/account/login

which never happened before.

My deadline to reschedule is tomorrow and I dont know what to do. Is there a phone number I can call to reschedule this thing? Is the website down? Please help.

If u r in Ghana, the embassy does not reschedule interviews on the internet or phone however if u wish to reschedule ur appointment just go to the embassy on any Wednesday at 7.30am.

NB.

1. Write a letter explaining why u did not come for the interview and why u want to reschedule the interview.

2. You must bring the appointment letter along in order to be admitted to the embassy.

That way responders know where you are in the process, the country where you will have your interview, etc.

Not sure what your problem is, the second link listed is the logon screen. So log into your account and make the necessary changes

Not sure what embassy you are dealing with as your profile and timeline are BLANK for that info, every embassy has different ways of handling things.
