Being that the letter from USCIS is "in the mail" I would bet you won't get much out of an IO either, I think they will say wait for the letter... annoying at best.

It will be a week tomorrow, letter should arrive before the week is out.

Okay, I think an IO could tell us what's inside the mail. Shall he request upon calling that he would like to talk with an IO?

well they can see it, it is just a matter of getting an IO on the phone who is willing to scroll through the various screens to find it

Call customer service then tell them you want to speak with a tier 2,they might say the waiting time is long, just say you want to wait.you might wait for about 60 mns just be patient or you could schedule a call back instead of being on hold.An officer will call you ask for both of your informations like dates of birth, names and petitioner address.Hope it's an approval!!good luck.

Hello! Fiance just called this afternoon. The 1st person he talked to again resist to tell him what the letter is all about. Again he tried calling and the 2nd person finally speaks up and tell him that the mail sent enclosed the DECISION. The person just don't tell if its approved or not. Fiance asked them if the case update online is just a result of him changing his address last May but they told him it's not. He also updated them of his correct new address since he realized that the last address he had given them has wrong street no. So I guess it was already settled too since a receipt no. was given to him in relation with the change of address.
