I have got one certified photocopy of my marriage certificate and my wifes birth certificate, each.

1. Do I need to send the originals of these to NVC or will certified photocopies will do?

2. Should all the photocopies I send be certified themselves, or can I just make copies of the certified copies I already have.

3. Does my wife's(beneficiary) Passport Biographic page be certified?

I am the USC

KDH thanks for that information, I was confusing about certified and notarized one. Just was going to translate and notarized my BC at notarial office. My marriage license was issued in Turkey so should I get certified copy from Turkey?

Notarizing your BC is not a certified copy.

Certified copies come from the issuing agency.

For Canada, we have to order these copies.

For US, I have to go to the health dept and request one.

I don't know how it is done for you, but it is not simply making a copy and sending it in.

The marriage certificate is the one that is issued you by your country.

For US, after the wedding, the pastor sends the paperwork in, then I send a sheet in ordering "certified copies" of the certificate.

My county sent me 5 copies all with pretty indented stamps on them.

You cannot send in a copy of this that you make yourself.

Even if you try to notarize it.

And another question - if I send the originals to NVC should I get certified copies to the consulate with me or just photocopies are ok ?

Make copies of the originals before you send them then.

You'll bring those copies with you to interview.

Just normal copies.

Supposedly if you bring your copies to interview, then you get the originals back.

I say supposedly because I've never been interviewed and have no actual experience, but that is what I have read several times.

Thanks for clarification, I got married in Turkey and have Turkish marriage certificate but now I am in my country (Uzbekistan) waiting my CR1 visa and I am not able to go to Turkey just to get a certified copy of my marriage license. In case we send all originals to NVC i dont need certified copies then, just i will make normal copies from each document to show at the consulate?

Yes, if you send the original copy plus a photocopy they will return the originals to you at the interview. :)
