Bringing my Fiance(e) child over

Hello everybody, I am filling all this paper work for my fiancé and I am putting her childs name on the I-129f but we are going to bring him over soon after she gets her green card. Just where she can settle in over here but my question is what papers do I need to send in for the child?? Is there and other forms I need??

What about the father? Is he on the birth certificate? Does he have rights to the child? You may need to get permission from the father to allow the child to move

Yes the father is on the birth certificate. We are in the process of getting full custody? We are almost there it looks very good.

Do I need just a birth certificate and the custody paper??
