Question on DS-230

My wife filled out her DS-230, and mailed it to me from the Philippines. We noticed that one of her company names for her employment was to long to fit in the block, so she abbreviated the company name. We know that abbreviations are no good for addresses and countries, would it be ok to keep the company name abbreviated? or shall i write in the box beside it "See Attachment" and attach the name of the company? I just didnt want it to look sloppy with writing beside a block that was typed. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance

I wrote beside boxes I typed because my fiance has so many names that couldn't fit. But if you are absolutely against that for fear of it looking sloppy add the attachment with the company's full name AND abbreviation and put the form, item number, etc. next to company name and that should be fine!

Abbreviating a company name is fine, if it can be easily understood. Only city and country are actually necessary for addresses though. You can also use multiple lines for a company and address. Just make your use consistent, so they know that's what you're doing.
