People at the NVC level and the ones who already got their greencards, How many of them doing /did K1? K3? Ir-1/Cr-1?

My I-130 was approved before I-129f(we filed it pretty late), SO I am going for IR1. My case was just completed last week, waiting for an interview date now.

We took the CR1...interview is in 9 days!

The funny thing is that we got married first and asked questions later! But that was because we immediatelly moved to another country after the wedding. When we sent out our I-130 we had no idea the real story behind it...we were told by someone at the USCIS that we could do an AOS (which we couldn't!). Anyways, it ended up all working out. We didn't even start the K3...

Hope you get your interview date soon!

I did the CR-1. We decided against the K-3 once the I-130 got approved in 43 days. Afterall, the immigrant visa is the biggie, with nothing to do on entry until 90 days prior to the two year anniversary of entry, when one applies to remove conditions. As an IR-1, it will mean a 10 year green card for you, immigrant status with no conditions like there is with the CR-1.
