Incorrect date stamped on I-94 when entering with Advanced Parole

My wife and I entered the USA on 06/04/2013 using her Combo card (EAD/AP). However, the CBP agent put the handwritten "until" date as 06/03/2013 inside her stamp on the I-94. This is supposed to be for one year for AP and should have been 06/03/2014. He even made the same mistake on the stamp in her passport. This is an obvious mistake as the printed stamp in the passport reads that we entered on 06/04/2013. Does anyone have experience with this kind of a mistake and how to get it corrected?

I hope you still have the i-94 from when she entered the US on the K-1 visa. That is the one that matters. She actually did not need to get an I-94 when she travelled on AP as she is a LPR unless for some reason the GC gets denied. People travelling on the GC do not get I-94s. I do not understand the "unttil" part. She does not have any "until" as she was admitted as a LPR using AP. I would not worry about this as the actual mistake for this was in completing the I-94 form--it was not needed.

Yes, when you enter on Advanced Parole, you go through CBP secondary processing in a separate room and a paper I-94 is stapled in your passport and the Advanced Parole is good for one year from date of entry. The stamp actually shows the date you entered and the CBP agent hand writes in the the "until" date (i.e. the date one year from the date of entry). In our case, the CBP agent wrote the wrong year down.

You can go back to the airport (or a CBP deferred inspection facility) and get them to correct it. Call ahead first.

Spouse-based AOS from out-of-status H-1B, May - Aug 2012

Removal of conditions, Aug - Nov 2014

The OP is not a LPR but travelled on AP. They give you a year, though the date doesn't matter so much as the AOS will be approved, etc etc.

And yes to the above. Find a "deferred inspection site" and get it corrected.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

I do not understand why you would want to go thru the process of going back to the airport and getting something that has no bearing on her status corrected. You have the AP/EAD card that contains an expiration date does it not. That means she can travel on AP or legally work until that date by showing the card. When the GC arrives the AP/EAD card and the stamp in the passort are superseded. You do not need the stamp in the passport nor do you need the I-94 from this trip as you have already filed for AOS. Your wife is not yet a LPR. She is in a period of authorized stay but has no status per se. What I meant is that when she entered on the AP she was treated as if she was a LPR.

It is up to you whether you want to spend the time and aggravation to get something that will be taken care of by the arrival of the GC "fixed". I, myself, would not spend the time on this. YMMV.
