Changing Employer (merged)

Husband works 14 weeks already on this current company but submit his resumes also to other companies. One company already called him and husband wanted to move since the pay is better. But in case that he transfer to another company, will there be problem with the AOS that he filed stating his current employer and attaching his slips?

There should be no issue as long as he still makes the required amount or more to sponsor, he would need to update the information most likely though.

Doubt they would call, but they will want evidence; pay stubs, employment letter. Other then that no problem.
