Progress Update:

Although I have not received a letter yet the USCIS website says our petition was approved and notes post decision activity. This is a huge step in the process and now my thoughts switch to Elena's interview and steps and beyond.

Congratulations!! It'll take a few days to get the actual letter... our case status changed on tuesday to reflect the NOA2 but the hard copy has still not arrived.

Congratulations, and it's good to see someone out of VSC has been approved recently. I really thought that VSC was the best choose at the time I filled, and well I'm sure they were then, but as with mother nature the Service Centers are unpredictable. Now back to the phone for me to try to figure out where they transfered my petition too!

I hope for a speedy second half of your process and that the two of you are reunited soon.

Thanks,I just go about my life talk on Skype a lot, deal with RFE's and such as they come. Now I have to figure out the next move, for instance: what is a I-824? and do I need to fill one out?

Good luck with your petition!
