CONGRATS TO ALL THAT RECEIVED THEIR APPROVAL.

At 2pm today I got an email from USCIS. OMG, as I was reading it I knew what it was all about. Weeks ago I had noticed that we didn't include a letter of Intent to Marry. I got an RFE. But that's OK. I'm READY and as soon as I get the hardcopy I'm overnighting it.

EVENTHOUGH IT'S AN RFE. I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY.

GOD IS GREAT

Hi!!

Congratulations!!!!!

What your status said? I thinking i might get an RFE also. But like you say, anything at this point is positive. A friend of mine got an RFE less than a month ago and it only toke 10 days to getthe approval from receivig the RFE (it was because they didnt send the pics like they needed to) (the same one i might get)

Thanks!!!

Thank you!!!

  • At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information.

How do I look up this for my case which number do I base it on the last 3 or the first ones? Appreciate your help.

Congrats!!!! good luck on the interview...

Congrats... !!! Thanks for all the effort in giving us all the information..... Good luck on the next step

you should be good after this... As long as they are not requesting evidence and just a letter they will approve it right away...good luck

Yes, I'm almost certain that it's the letter of Intent. But if they need anything else I have it.
