Yep, seems like there were a lot of approvals last night. TSC is finally blasting through them! Congratulations to everyone who got approved, and good luck to everyone still waiting! There IS light at the end of this tunnel, don't worry!

Now who else is freaking out about what to do next?! While waiting for the I-129f approval I was just quietly coasting along, waiting and waiting some more, and now I have to start thinking about what comes next and it's so exciting but it's making me nervous!

Me too lol. I've been looking up the forms on the Embassy website and my fiance is going to fly up to the UK once we've got the LND number and sorted things out. I'm excited but really nervous as well.

Still nothing Dec 12 my I129 was received, I try to remain positive but one thing is for certain. After my approval I am going to continue to work with my senator to shine a light on the terrible process used by Immigration. Its clear VSC relocated our applications to maintain a 5 month processing time. Management probably receives a bonus based on that metric.

Congrats again to Katha and to Hector, ellli and vivalagloria :) ..not as many approvals as I thought might come through last night but keeping the faith. :)

My police cert came a lot quicker than expected, only a couple of weeks and i paid for the standard service not the fast service! Either way u probably have the time while waiting for your LND number. U need to get someone officialish to sign ur pic which took me a little while but maybe take that to your gp at the same time

hi az - my fiance has his police cert dated in March. I know they are good for a year but I'm hoping they don't think it's not recent enough...he's also going to his NHS doc this week to get any jabs he needs.

I'm also doing my I-134 this week to have everything ready...my attorney asked me for my last few pay stubs and my tax forms. i probably should have ordered my tax transcripts so I wouldn't have to send the W-2s and forms, have you done that form yet or has your fiance? :)

Really?? OMG! when i found out i was like ahhhhhhhhhh!!!! But we cant help it now. I know for a friend of mine (ive met her over here) that it toke them "only" ten days to receive the approval after they got the rfe notice...

So i guess is not that bad...

I just wish it takes less or they dont notice it...

We toke the pics in spain and over here pasport pics are smaller...

Just came back from the states to visit my fiancee so we went ahead and toke the pics at walgrens already just in case they do send the rfe we already have them to send it right away! U guys should do the same!

Good luck sweetie!

Take a look on here. It's direct from the London Embassy and lists photographers they know of that have taken acceptable US sized passport photos. I used one on there and they were accepted for our NOA2.

http://london.usembassy.gov/cons_new/acs/passports/photographers.html

Looking at the list, there is one operating in Swansea at the moment -

If you're certain you'll get an RFE for it, it may be worth taking them now and sending them to your fiance so he can reply to the RFE as soon as he recieves the hard copy to shave a couple weeks off.
