Hey,

I just got my packet 3 and things are progressing nicely but I suddenly realised my fiance never recieved a NOA2 hard copy... Is there any chance I will need this at interview? I guess he can call and ask for another copy but he is about to make his last planned trip to me this weekend, so after that it'd have to be mailed to me and everything so I want to make sure we have plenty of time to get it!

You won't need a copy of the NOA2 for the interview. However, it will be needed for the adjustment of status package.

Here's another UK affirmation that you positively don't need it at the Interview. You need it for AOS.

Can they really charge me $400 if they never sent it to us or it got lost in the mail? We did change his address, but over a month before NOA2, using the online tool and I had got a notification in the USCIS tracker confirming this was done correctly. Also if it went to his old address his parents would have received it. I'll have him call tomorrow I guess.

Have him work on getting USCIS to replace it as it was never received. Better now than waiting around. They might think you misplaced it if you don't ask for it soon after it should have been received.

"My online status says approved, but I have not received my approval notice yet. I moved and filed a change of address. Am I approved? Great, then resend my notice." Meanwhile put his name in the mailbox at the new address and yours too when you move in.
