Hello,

I'm ready to file my paperwork, but just a quick question, should I still fill out the N-400 form that is no the USCIS website even if on the top it says "expires 03/31/2013"???

What do you guys think??

July 08/2013 - NOA. Able to view case status online!

July 26/2013 - Bio Appointment

July 31/2013 - Scheduled for Interview, Case Status says I should receive letter shortly!

Aug 06/2013 - Got Interview letter in the mail

Sept 09/2013 - Citizenship Interview

Oct 11/2013 - Oath Ceremony- I'M A US CITIZEN!!

On their website, this is what it says in their N400 forms page:

Edition Date : 03/22/12; (06/17/11; 01/18/11; 11/23/10; 04/05/10; 01/15/10 and 01/22/09 editions also accepted).

A new edition of this form is coming soon. In the meantime, customers may file using the 3/22/12 edition. Editions dated 06/17/11, 01/18/11, 11/23/10, 04/05/10, 01/15/10 and 01/22/09 may also be accepted.

So compare it with the edition you have (should be printed on the bottom right of the page). Additionally, if your current edition is different than the latest one available for download, it REALLY won't hurt to use the latest one :)
