G'day to all

My husband and I will be back in USA next month. My husband was assigned here in OZ not military and his contract is now done so were moving back home. Before I left USA I filed a reentry permit that will expire August 2013 .

I am still a green card holder ( 10 year GC) . We filed USA tax every year " Filing jointly" , have a house in USA but we put it for rent when we left and currently someone is staying there right now. " but it is not in my name" The house is on my husband name. But the business insurance permit has both our name. I don't have banks there . but my husband do. We put every penny we earn in the bank which has his name on it . ( don't know if this will be issue someday ) . We put our stuff in the storage coz we will come back after this job and currently the storage receipts was put away somewhere when were moving stuff. Since my husband and I left USA almost 2 years ago we did not go back and visit due to work instead we have his son visit us here and do trips around OZ and watch the eclipse etc.

Here is my question do you think that there will be a problem when we go back to USA? even if my reentry permit will expire in August 2013? What do I need to bring other than passport, GC, renentry permit and airline ticket when I come back ? are there any more documentation that I need to bring?

Pls help.
