NO NO NO.

all other posters in this topic are wrong, sorry.

NVC does not collect photos for EP casefiles on the DS-230.

What this email is telling you is bring those passport photos INTO the interview, on interview day, in to Guangzhou.

You must do this, as is an EP case.

This is normal. No action required now since the casefile is still at NVC, but you have action later, these photos, on interview day.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

This is the 5th time you've given the wrong advice for an EP casefile at NVC headed to Guangzhou. I've asked you to stop doing that, before. You are still doing it. Why persist with this?

I beg of you, please stop giving the wrong advice for EP casefiles headed to Guangzhou.

Please? Purty Please, with Hainan Rice on it?

Thanks so much, and thanks in advance.

I got this today, what is it means? I have to sent the photos by the mail?

No, this email is echo-ing exactly what's up over at http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3195.html#photographs

Your casefile starts with GZO, so you must present passport photos on interview day.

Good Luck, and Go Get Em !
