An attorney cannot help when it comes to an age gap, that is something he cannot change!
One also cannot help with the fact she was married while you two met, she dumped her husband right after a green card then married you right away. Of course I suppose with all that it couldn't hurt either. wacko.png

What will help is to build a good strong case over time. You need a lot of very solid proof/evidence you have a true, bona fide relationship. As many visits as you can fit in, or have her fit in as well as many months worth of ongoing daily contact, family interaction, etc. Understand it is going to be a long process anyway, you might as well do it right and take your time building a good solid case first so there are less likely chances for denial in the long run.
