Now what?

After entering the U.S. on March 10, my wife received her IR1 permanent resident card in the mail yesterday. It's good for 10 years. My question is, now what? I take it there aren't any removal of conditions required and she's free to work or do whatever else (although we're still waiting for her Social Security Number). Do we just have to wait the mandatory three years and then she can apply for citizenship?

She does not have to file for RoC since she has a 10 year green card.

She can apply for citizenship three years from the "Resident Since" date on her green card, minus 90 days, if she is married to a US citizen.

That's the nice thing about IR-1. Nothing to do until 2 years and 9 months from the date on the green card. You can file for citizenship then if you want. There is no requirement to do that though. We actually waited until 3+ years from the date on the green card to file for citizenship.

You should have gotten her SSN by now; go by the nearest Social Security office and enquire.
