Hi, does anyone know if usics gets your previous visa applications form a consulate abroad when u adjust your status from b2 visa?

I am concerned if its gonna be a problem that in a visa Application i mentioned a different address I'm gonna stay at while visiting and instead I ended up staying with a different person in all my expired visas

No dont think so.......... you never know with USCIS............ So you better have a good explaination IF they ask you about it later.....

And since it was a B2 visa, I dont think a change in address of where you were going to stay is a big issue....

Did you overstay a B2 Visa?

They are definitely going to be able to see it. Whether or not they actually question you on it is another matter. Make sure you prepare a concise answer just in case.

They do have access to your visa application.

A different address is not an issue by itself- people decide to move hotel reservations etc- but if, for example, you said you didn;t know anyone and were staying in a hotel, but then turned around and stayed with your now-spouse from the very first day of your "vacation", that could be an issue.
