Do i need to send a cover letter for my RFE response? I got RFE requesting more than a 2-3 months of bills and bank statements so i am sending 2 and a half years worth. hope that will make them approve us. also we have car insurance with my family, but the address is my parents address, should i send that?

If its got both your names on the car insurance use it.

You are sending quite a lot of stuff I would do up a small cover letter to say what all is included and what order its in.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Include a cover letter, hun. If anything, it could make USCIS think you put in a little extra effort. wink.png

Good luck! x

Pretty much, include the dates to/from in the order you place your papers with the name of it ie: bills bank account etc. Sign and date it at the bottom.

Basically -

A#

your name

Please find enclosed in my RFE package for Removal of Conditions the following in order:

date to /from - name for your bills

date to /from - bank accounts

date to /from - car ins

I think it is a good idea.

I included a cover page with a list of documents in the same order I packaged them. My packet was so thick I thought it would be rude not include a cover page

Ppl filling for i751 jointly, please DO NOT FREAK OUT bout RFE !! Seriously ok ?

Happened to me .. I sent all the paper work possible and after 6 month they still sent me an RFE .. we called USCIS (level 2) and he said it was to "update" your info and bonafide paper work.

Think ... even IF you sent smth not enough, what they gonna do ? schedule an face to face interview with the couple, thats all.

Just send whatever you got and make sure they are RECENT even if it is smth you aready sent i.e: they got a banck statement 8 month old, now they wanna see that same bank statement being like 1 month old.

I sent a letter with my RFE teliing flat out "I lost my bank statements, I dont have it, etc" ... got my i751 approved anyways.
