Super confused- change to i129f

I see a lot of people saying that an approval comes shortly after the message comes up as " on such and such a date there has been a change to your alien registration number" and everyone telling each other the approval comes right away? My fiancé and I check our status all the time we are still in initial review and it says:

"On January 30, 2013, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance."

Yet we have received nothing and called several times with them saying everything is fine?

For you all this means is that your file was logged into the system

If it has been ~1 week since you submitted your I-129F, that seems to be the normal process.

If it happens 4, 5, 6 or so months after you submitted it, then that often means you will get an RFE or an approval soon.

So if it was only about a week after your NOA1, then no, you are not going to get approved that soon. Sorry, it's not that easy.

This happens to me too.
A lot of people in my post have been saying that a petition or RFE is most likely to happen next.. SOme people says that it means nothing.
When I go to the GENERAL INFO Post here is what they say

There are 2 kinds of touches. There are the ones that show some kind of update, there are the ones that don't bring a new message. By logging into the account, take a look at the date that shows next to your case number. If it's changed, you've been touched.

By clicking on the case number, you get to check whether it was an update touch or not. The ones that don't show updates are connected with some kind of work done with regard to your case - it merely shows that they've taken a look at it somehow.

our status changed on May 2nd. My fiancé called yesterday and said that our papers have been due so they told my fiancé that they will call him back after 15 days if there hasn't been any changes.
