I have a question lately after reading some cases.
I know that they give you 90 days to get married in the US .. and then starting the papers to change my status and then green card.
After those 90 days passed, should i get back to my country and wait for them to approved my green card?

I really don't have much idea of how that part of the process is.

October 4, 2013 - NOA2 (after 5 months 2 weeks 2 days)
October 9, 2013 - NOA2 Hard Copy
November 8, 2013 - NVC case number (after 5 weeks)
November 15, 2013 - Embassy in Lima received the case
November 29, 2013 - Visit 7
January 3, 2014 - Visit 8
January 6, 2014 - INTERVIEW APPROVEDJanuary 11, 2014 - Visa in hand
May 1, 2014 - Visit 9
May 4, 2014 - POE
June 24, 2014 - MARRIED :star:

No. You stay in the U.S until your green card is approved. When you apply for your green card you can apply for EAD and AP as well. AP will allow you to travel outside of the U.S while you are waiting, but do NOT travel before you get that. If you don't have any reason to leave the U.S, then don't.

Naturalization

04/10/17- N-400 Filed

04/12/17- Received Phoenix, AZ Lockbox

04/13/17- Credit Card Charged

04/14/17- NOA

05/08/17- Biometrics

05/11/17- In Line

05/22/17- Interview Scheduled

06/28/17- Interview(Approved)

08/29/17 - Oath Ceremony

Nope, you stay in USA whilst waiting for adjustment of status and subsequent green card issuance.

If you leave, you won't be allowed back in without filing new stuff.
