Hey everyone,

Do you guys have any idea how long you have to send an RFE back in? I am going to England for Christmas from Dec 9 - Jan 9, it seems as though for the normal time its been taking them to process, we *might* be approved within that frame. Or, we might receive an RFE in that time period. I'm kind of worried about the dilemma of possibly receiving an RFE when i'm overseas. :help:

Thank you!!

Alright, thanks guys. That helps out a bit. I'm really hoping we don't get any because I tried to send everything with the original submission, i'm worried about the beneficiary birth certificate though, I didn't send it in, and some people have been getting RFE's for that. I can easily send that over from England though. I do have someone to check the mail for me and watch out in case though!

I didn't send that in either. Isn't all that checked in the consulate interview? There is no mention of the beneficiary birth certificate in the I-129F application.

It's not mentioned on the application no, but i have seen people recently get RFE's for not sending it in. I guess it just depends on the person who reviews your application.
