@Saylin hmm so we have the same dates and two difference locations, let's see which center is faster, Vermont or California, although California seems to be faster. oh well who cares if it comes later, lol we can work travel etc. smile.png

It's on!! rofl.gif

Although CSC has slowed down incredibly. Most (like 90%) of April filers (from both centers) have yet to receive their notices, so there's been some kind of slow down for ROC petitions. Hopefully it gets resolved soon as my green expires on May 12th blink.png

Well, I was planning on a visit to Canada May 31-June 5, sooo whistling.gif Ended up making an InfoPass appointment for May 14 (2 days after my green card expires) with my "local" office (local meaning 6 hour drive headbonk.gif ) to get a stamp in my passport. I'll still keep my fingers crossed I get the letter in the mail though as I'm not sure a stamp will be sufficient to be let back in the US.

I believe it is sufficient to have the stamp but surely I am not sure. It is the letter or stamp is just going to mean that a case is pending, so one would think it should be enough...

hey lookie here, no other may filers so it's good maybe it's only us applying this month haha

I would THINK the stamp would be fine, as it's similar to the extension letter, but you never know with those CBP officers headbonk.gif

And hey, good point ;) Maybe there will just be the two of us and we'll get approved super quickly :D
