I hang up when I get her and call back.

Sandy starts off a bit "official" sounding but she is really nice once she gets the basic stuff out of the way.

Teague !! I pulled the trigger today on my casefile at NVC.

I ask again - do you know how to pull the trigger and obtain the Consular Casefile Number? (Starts with MNL, for you, fwiw)

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

She likely has two or three bad assumptions about customer service.

1. She's doing us a favor by providing a service we pay for.

2. She's not in the business to make friends, just to give out factual infomation.

3. We discuss her because we're immature, entitled, ungrateful whiners who don't understand how hard she has it.
