With the flurry of approvals finally comming from CSC, It appears it is just a matter of time now before we all see our approvals. I was wondering who was still here waiting and how long. Lots of September filers being approved but I still see many August and July filers waiting on IGORS list. I am Sept 4. I had tracked 38 Sept 4 filers on USCIS. All of them have been approved or received an RFE except myself and four others.

234 days and counting.

It's very frustrating to see people from the end of September being approved well before me, worse are people from the same dates. The only thing I can imagine is that we got put on a desk more focused on gaming the numbers with October-December filers and they'll get to us when they feel like it. They really ought to go from the start of a month to the end of a month in order.

For the record about half of September 14 (my NOA1 date) have been approved, I just wonder why there is such a disparity. WIth my luck, I expect my petition to be the last September filer approved.

I sometimes think than I might be the last October filer approved too :) or maybe they're trying to annoy us because we tried to expedite our case. Well, I hope not.

The crazy thing is, I tried to check the receipt numbers before and after mine, and guess what? They're both approved. Sandwiched between two approved fiancé petitions.

Ahhhhhhhh!!!!!!! I just wanna scream and cry.
