RFE VSC PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hello VJ family! I hope you guys are all doing well.

Well, I am worried. It's been one month now that we sent out to VSC our RFE response but we are still waiting to hear back from them. It seems like VSC has slowed down a little bit according to the recent entries on VJ.

Please, how many people are in the same situation? Especially from VSC.

i am here with you august 24th filer and also sent my RFE to VSC and still waiting!! :(

We sent our RFE reply last April 18, 2013 and on the 22nd of April we received an email that they got it..Checked my status at uscis website it says "RFE Response Review", the next day my status was back to Initial Review..Yours is also the same?

I-130 Submitted ---- 09/16/2011

NOA 1 ---- 09/21/2011

I-130 Approved ------ 04/30/2013

NVC Case Number -- 05/14/2013

Medical Exam ------ 05/28/2013

Case Complete ------- 08/06/2013

Interview -------- 09/09/2013

Visa Arrived ---------- 10/17/2013

POE SFO ------------- 10/21/2013

Delays maybe inevitable, but misery is optional!
