Hey guys I'm a little confused. So I already did my letter of intent now for my fiances letter of intent that I'm gonna mail to her do I use the embassy location or the Texas location? Because it says on there "if submitting for an interview"

What exactly are you trying to do? You have posted this once already but its still not clear.

Are you filing this with the I-129F package or is this for the interview stage of the process?

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

The letter right now is for the package. I figured it out but now my question is when do I use the address of my fiances country's embassy?

If its for the I-129F package then you put the address your mailing it to on it. Which I previously said is in the instructions.

Honestly the letter of intent does not need an address on it because its in the package with the rest of your stuff all going to the same place.

Yeah lol sorry I figured it out! But okay on the sample letter it says or when filing for the interview. I'm guessing when I'm going for the interview I make the letter to the embassys address of which the county my fiance lives in, right?

Yes but you give it to her to hand over at her interview, you don't actually mail it to the embassy.

Oh sorry, I was just making a joke that the letter of intent seems redundant to me, since you are filing for a marriage visa anyway. So the government is just making you do something extra.

The I-129F is just a petition filed by the USC to get approval for their foreign fiance(e) to be able to apply for a K-1 visa. The letter of intent is used to prove you are free to marry, engaged and completely serious about marrying within 90 days of the foreign fiance(e) entering the US with a K-1 visa, if they are granted one.
