we are a bit worry we sent the I130 package and they receive it in 4/10/2013; the check Cleared on 4/15/2013 as electronic uscis Chicago payment

but no Noa1 !! that mean there is something wrong ??

It can take up to a month to receive the receipts from USCIS.

i know you are worried but it's normal, they need some time to process everything, mine toke 10 days to get the NOA1, so give it a couple of days and then call USCIS and Ask for a tier 2, those are the guys who hold all the answers

Thank you so much for your kind support. It is just so hard to wait and wonder. I am curious to know if anyone knows how to call the USCIS internationally. All they provide is a 1800 number that doesn't work here in Morocco. I am trying to not go back to the USA without my husband, but it is really hard to get even basic answers from here about his Visa
