How to send DS-2001 and DS-230?

How do you send forms DS-2001 and DS-230? I'm a DCF filer... Can i just go directly to the USEM here in Manila? or just email them? tell me what's the fastest way thanks guys!

IR1/CR1 Visa: - DCF at Manila US Embassy:

03/15/2013 - Passed I-130
Never received NOA 1
03/27/2013 - NOA2 Approved! ( 12 days )
04/25/2013 - Packet 3 Sent
04/30/2013 - Medical Booked
05/02/2013 - Medical Done
05/23/2013 - Final interview day and approved!
XX/XX/XXXX - Visa in hand
XX/XX/XXXX - CFO Seminar
XX/XX/XXXX - POE San Francisco, California

I'm not sure if you can submit those documents in person at the Embassy. However, don't email them.

You can mail the documents to:

United States Embassy

Chief, Immigrant Visa Branch

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Okay what I did was went there directly then the IV Unit gave me these contact #'s for our interview.. thanks guys!!! :)
