Looks pretty good. The vaccination records are not needed for the interview though and most likely will not be needed at the medical either. Juarez tends to skip doing the vaccinations and properly filling out the DS-3025 for K-1 applicants. Take them to the medical anyway, just in case. Also, a certificate of being single and police records(unless you have a criminal past) are not required. If you have them already, bringing them won't hurt.

Check over the checklist in the instructions to be sure you have everything you need> http://photos.state.gov/libraries/ciudadjuarez/231771/PDFs/packetk1may.pdf

Its on the forms page but nowhere in the K1 packet and instructions does it say to bring that form.

No, it doesn't list it in the instructions pdf, but since it is listed on the fiance(e) visa forms page, it is not a bad idea to fill it out and take it too. Better to have something and not need it, than to not have something and need it.

Nowhere on the Juarez Consulate K1 website does it mention needing a DS156k

DS156K its a supplement of the form DS156, so you need it in your interview...

Thank you and good lyck in ypur interview!!!

That's strange because on the official K1 checklist on the Juarez Consulate website there is no mention of a DS-156K. Fiancee's interview is next week so I'll report back if they ask for it.

My fiance (now husband) had his interview a few months ago, and definitely needed the DS-156k. They checked for it before they let him through. Good luck! :)

Will i get a noticication when NVC gets my info? how did you guys get notified ?

They send a letter letting you know your case was sent to CDJ, but you do not have to wait that long. You can call them to get information on your case. I have seen a few posts stating it is taking a few weeks lately, but start calling after a week. You never know. You need to get your CDJ case #, invoice # and beneficiary ID # from the NVC before you can fill out the DS-260 by calling 603-334-0700.
