The $165? Yes you need to pay that after you receive your visa and visa packet. Instructions on how to pay will be included in the packet. It must be paid BEFORE you fly to the US.

The fee is paid online so it's the petitioner who will pay for it.

  • your debit or credit card information.

All check payments must be drawn on a U.S. bank.

It is included in the visa packet,I opened it right now .I'm afraid to touch the documents when I got it. :(

I just checked our names or details on our passport and visa.
