So after your I129F got approved and while waiting for your case to be forwarded to your Fiance(e) country of residense, can we fill out those forms needed for the interview. I believe each US Emabassy they have their own steps on how to complete a certain case and that step can be downloaded in their web site.

You have the correct link to the U.S. Embassy Manila K-1 interview instructions.

You need to send your fiancée your I-134, your current (2012) federal income tax return and current (2012) W-2, your employer's letter, any other documents that you believe will help your financial case, an updated letter of intent to marry, divorce papers (if any), and proof of an ongoing relationship.

Your fiancée can complete the rest of the requirements.

By the way, you should start calling or emailing the NVC soon. You need to get your MNL case number from them so that your fiancée can pay the visa application fee at BPI and then schedule an interview appointment. Don't wait for the Embassy to send your fiancée the K-1 interview preparation instructions letter because it will set you back a month or more.

Along with the I-134 and supporting docs, you might want to add an updated Letter of Intent just in case they'll ask for it. Same with your fiancee, she'll need to sign an updated one as well.

We got our MNL # the 16th of February, we had the interview on the 21st of March, the visa was delivered the 4th of April. Give a couple days to get CFO done get a flight scheduled

You know that joke about 500 lawyers at the bottom of the ocean, with yours make that 501.

Most as in MOST do not get the letter from the embassy. Waiting for that letter that may never arrive is such a waste of time.

All you need is your MNL # to get everything done for the K-1 visa in the Phils.

I just got NOA2 and asked my fiancée to get one copy of her NSO birth certificate and CENOMAR. Does she really need multiple NSO copies of the birth cert and CENOMAR...or will photocopies suffice for CFO and St. Lukes? I fully understand the Embassy will need an original NSO copy.
