Not a K-1 process, moved to AOS forums as the OP is filing for AOS.

The US citizen, original petitioner, MUST include an 864 as that person is the petitioner. If you require a co-sponsor still then you must also submit a new form with evidence for the co-sponsor as well.

I have all the evidence and information from the co sponsor, we did it all 4 months ago right before my fiancee had her interview at her embassy. The embassy took all the info and never gave it back. I had made copies of all the information and every single page the co sponsor gave me. Can i send everything he gave me 4 months ago that i have along with all his evidence? also i had done a affidavit which they did not accept at my fiancees embassy because i did not make the bare minimum, can i send this one they returned to me? all the information is basically the same except for the date i put in 4 months ago. my co sponsor is in Europe right now for 2 months on work, and i cant contact him, if i would need to. can i send what i have from him. this has been a very stressful process, thanks for your help

You need to do new forms with new original signatures. You can use the same tax forms that you had from your co-sponsor, but you will now need 2012 taxes too. The form you used at the embassy is very different from the form required for AOS.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
