No, you have to wait for them to send you an RFE or deny it and send it back to you.

If the mistakes are minor typos or something you forgot to list, at your interview the officer goes over your form with you line by line checking for accuracy. You can tell him what needs changing and he will correct your form. Maybe take a copy of your submission and highlight what you want to remember needs changing.

Well, the probl are that he didn't wrote self empl for last year(and he wrote the employee from previous years )and also our tax return dont match the adress from the lease .:(only for one year!we've been married from 2006... I'm hoping they will not check each paper in particular ,and it will be an easy interview ...thk u for the answers

Or you can decide to withdraw your case all together! that means you are going to forfeit your payments.

To withdraw my case I can do it on my own or I'll need a lawyer?thk u

The USCIS will check all papers and all evidence very carefully.

Why withdraw? Go to the interview and fix the mistakes. You have an opportunity to talk face to face to explain things. It's not like when you are judged by only what is on paper. I guess I don't understand the tax return address and lease address problem. We had tax returns with two different addresses. Can you explain what you mean?

I guess I didn't file for 2011,so I send my W2form when I send the package for naturalization.I'll call Monday to see what I can do ab 2011...on my W2 form its not showing my adress where I use to live, shows employer adress...thk u for the answer!

You failed to file taxes for 2011? You should file them immediately.

Also you would have had to put yes to failing to file taxes on the forms.

Figure out what you need and be ready for a RFE if you expect some questions at the interview. Don't worry to much it is what it is.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
