Hi Everyone ! Like all who have seemed to fall into the abyss from July through October, I am wondering what is the correct time that a service request is accepted and what type of action does that trigger? Also, is this the same thing my Congress person's office would do? It may be a good idea for everyone who is out of the range of when they should have been processed to put in a request. Maybe the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

My experience with filing a service request is they will do nothing if your NOA1 date is after the "july 18" date. You might want to hold off until they update the "date they are working on" with the hope it will change and be after your NOA1.

Looking at Igors list, so far, they are not much past the July 18th date, of course, not counting the recent surge of Nov-December files they are working on now.

If I were to guess, they will still lie and state July 18, or something close to that, so who knows. It benefits them to claim as old a date as possible, so they don't have to put any extra work in responding to pesky service requests.

I would definitely contact your congressional representative, so at least your voice is heard, and at best, a responsive office may actually help you.

Sad to say, but there seems to be a veritable symphony of squeaky wheels, no grease in sight, and a bunch of worthless politicians and deaf bureaucrats! :(:o
