Hello, i would like to know if i have to send the civil documents to the NVC, by E-mail or Mail to a physical address?

I reside in D.R. I recently filled up the DS-260 and the NVC required the civil documents but im a lil a bit confused...

Can i send them by E-Mail or just using the postal service to the physical address...?

Thanks in advance.

Ure welcome.

Well, she needs to decide what's more important right now. She knows NVC needs it for sure. They'll give it back to her husband after his interview. While the decree is in NVC's hands, perhaps she can work on getting another one just in case she needs it for something else or hope a copy will suffice in the meantime. ~~~

Thanks, she sent all out this morning. I asked her to make couple of copies for her record.

Is the petitioner also counted as part of the joint sponsor's household?"

Can someone answer this please...

I think its not because they need to make enough money to support their family or their dependent, right?

If it is a single sponsor with no dependents. He would look at household size 2 to see if they meet the requirement for sponsoring the incoming immigrant?

I think the sponsor his counted also because the fact that he makes the money doesn't mean he won't spend out of it. So i think for a family with just wife and husband they are counted as 2 and if one child it becomes 3 in the family and so on.

Hi all.

Anybody know where can I get a copy of "Request Letter for Singapore COC.docx"? The link from state, gov seems broken.

In addition, are we expecting a checklist from NVC after paying IV fees (F2A)? Looks like we need a checklist to request a COC from Singapore.

NOTE: Non-Singapore citizens requesting a Certificate of Clearance must also submit a copy of this letter after adding the names of the principal and dependent applicants as indicated, along with the checklist letter from NVC.

Please refer to http://www.spf.gov.sg/epc/cert_issued.htm for further information and updates on Certificate of Clearance from Singapore.

What step are you in now? Ian_cath (a vj member) said they got a packet 3 mailed to applicant in singapore via postal service but they are on a k1 category. Not sure if the same scenario is applicable for f2a.

All - we received the AOS Fee bill today, sent by NVC on 08 OCT 2013. It looks like the NVC Inquiry message below indicates that the OAS Fee bill is "in the mail".

Hi all. We filed a F2A petition. Our PD is 10 SEPT 2012 and we received NOA2 on 10-SEPT 2013.
On 30-SEPT-2013 I sent an inquiry to NVC to try to get our NVC Case number & IIN. Today I received the following response:
The Agent of Choice (DS 3032) form and the Affidavit of Support Fee processing bill are being sent. Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive this information.

We are trying to do an early medical to work around the beneficiary's school schedule.

Is there any way we can get our NVC case number and IIN earlier? Does it make sense to call NVC regularly to ask for the numbers?

Thanks in advance.
