FURTHER INQUIRIES SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE USCIS OFFICE THAT PROCESSED YOUR PETITION.. this is very sad i had all the evidence that our relationship is genuine..photos, remittance, engagement ring, telephone bills and email . now i don't know what to do next.. PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE WHAT WILL I DO? thanks and GOD BLESS..

Moved from K-1 process to waivers forums as this is a 221g issue not a K-1 process.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

Hi, I'm so sorry to hear this happened on your case. Is there any other red flags with you and the petitioner that made the CO scrutinize you during the interview?

I'm praying you both will get through this. Just keep the faith and everything will be alright. God bless you. :)

in all your ways submit to Him,
